Why Pelvic Floor PT?
You don’t have to “just live with it.”
If you’ve been told that leaking, pelvic pain, or discomfort during sex is just “part of getting older” or “normal after having a baby” — you’ve been sold short.
Most women don’t know that pelvic floor physical therapy even exists. They’ve tried rest, googled their symptoms, maybe even seen their OB or a general PT — and nothing really changed. So they assume this is just how things are now.
It’s not.
The pelvic floor is a group of muscles, just like any other in your body. When something is weak, tight, or not coordinating properly, it creates real, treatable problems — bladder leakage, pain, prolapse, core dysfunction, and more. And just like a shoulder or a knee, it responds to the right treatment.
What we do is different from a generic PT or a quick doctor’s appointment. We take 90 minutes to look at the full picture — not just where it hurts, but why. We consider your history, your goals, your stage of life, and how your whole body is working together. And we build a plan that actually fixes the root cause, not just manages the symptoms.
No surgery. No medication. No “just do some kegels and see how it goes.”

What to Expect
1. Free Intro Call with Dr. Savannah Hoskyn — Not sure if pelvic floor PT is right for you? Start here. Savannah will take a few minutes to hear what’s been going on, answer your questions, and help you figure out if this is the right next step — no pressure, no commitment, just an honest conversation.
2. 90-Minute Evaluation Your evaluation is with Dr. Savannah Hoskyn in a private, comfortable setting where you can speak openly and ask anything. She’ll walk through your full history, your symptoms, your goals, and what your day-to-day life actually looks like — then do a thorough physical assessment to get to the root of what’s going on. No rushing, no awkwardness, just a provider who’s genuinely listening and focused entirely on you.
3. Your Plan By the end of your visit, you’ll know exactly what’s going on and what it’s going to take to fix it. Savannah will walk you through a clear plan with a realistic timeline so you can stop guessing and start making progress.
FAQ's
Do I need a referral? Nope. You can book directly with Savannah.
Is this covered by insurance? We’re a cash-based clinic and don’t bill insurance directly. We do accept HSA and FSA accounts, and we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Is this only for women who have given birth? Not at all. Savannah works with women at every stage of life — teens, athletes, women who have never been pregnant, and those going through perimenopause or menopause. If you have a pelvic floor, this is for you.
What does a pelvic floor evaluation actually involve? Your first visit is 60 minutes, one-on-one with Savannah in a private room. She’ll talk through your history and goals, then do a physical assessment. An internal exam may be part of that assessment, but it’s always explained beforehand and completely your choice.
I’ve done kegels and they didn’t help. Will this be any different? Yes — and this is actually really common. Kegels are just one small piece of the puzzle, and for some women they can actually make things worse. Savannah will figure out exactly what your pelvic floor needs, which may have nothing to do with kegels at all.
