Active Women’s Pelvic Health Evaluation
For Boise women who run, lift, jump, cycle, or want to return to training with confidence.
What happens if you decide to move forward?
Your evaluation looks at how your pelvic floor works with the rest of your movement and pressure-management system—and how that relates to the activities you want to keep doing.

Dr. Savannah Hoskyn, PT, DPT
Savannah specializes in helping active women address pelvic health symptoms without losing sight of the activities they love. Her approach looks beyond the pelvic floor alone and considers the strength, coordination, movement, and training demands that matter to you.
Her philosophy is simple: pelvic health care should help women prepare for impact and load—not simply avoid it.
What Boise patients say about Fit & Function.
Real experiences from people who wanted individualized care, clear answers, and a path back to the activities that matter to them.
Clear answers, before you commit.
The call is there to help you understand the process and determine whether Fit & Function is the right fit.
Is the 15-minute call really free?
Yes. The call is free and there is no obligation to schedule an evaluation afterward.
Do you accept insurance?
Fit & Function is a private-pay, out-of-network clinic and does not bill insurance directly. HSA and FSA funds may be used, and we can provide a superbill that you may submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Savannah can answer questions about this during your call.
Will I need an internal pelvic examination?
Not necessarily. An internal assessment can provide useful information, but it is not the only way to assess pelvic-floor function. It would always be explained beforehand, and it is completely your choice.
Will I be told to stop running or lifting?
Not automatically. Savannah’s goal is to understand what you can safely keep doing and whether temporary changes to volume, intensity, impact, or load would help while you build capacity.
Is this only for women who have given birth?
No. Savannah works with active women across the lifespan, including women who have never been pregnant, women returning postpartum, and women navigating perimenopause or menopause.
