Initial Evaluation

$250 $95 New Patient Special

A full 90-minute evaluation with one of our providers: a deep dive into your history, movement, and goals, and a clear plan for what’s next.

Follow-Up Sessions

$225 per visit, or save 13% with a package:

• 6 visits: $1,170 ($195/visit)
• 12 visits: $2,340 ($195/visit)
• 18 visits: $3,510 ($195/visit)

Packages are how most of our patients get the best results and the best value. Your provider will recommend the package that fits your situation after your evaluation, not before. Payment plans available with approved credit. 

Why We’re a Cash-Based Clinic

We don’t accept insurance. This is intentional, not a limitation.

Insurance-based physical therapy is built around what insurance will reimburse: short visits, high patient volume, and standardized protocols that have to fit a billing code. The insurance model decides how you’re treated before your PT ever meets you.

We built Fit & Function the other way around. Every session is one-on-one, with your provider’s full attention for the entire visit, for as long as it takes to actually solve the problem. No rotating between patients. No treatment plan dictated by what a claims adjuster will approve. We can go as deep as your situation requires because nothing about your care depends on a diagnosis code.

Charging directly lets us do that. It’s how we can spend real time on your intake, build a plan specific to you instead of a generic protocol, and adjust as we go based on how your body actually responds. You’re not paying more for the same thing you’d get with insurance. You’re paying for a different kind of care.

Using HSA/FSA

We accept HSA and FSA cards for all of our services. 

TRICARE Patients

Fit & Function is an official non-network provider with TRICARE. We can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt with the appropriate diagnosis and treatment codes) that you can submit to TRICARE for reimbursement. We can’t guarantee what you’ll get back since it depends on your specific plan and how much of your deductible you’ve met, but many of our TRICARE patients have found this a meaningful way to offset their care.

Other Insurance

If you have out-of-network benefits with a different insurer, we’re happy to provide a superbill for you to submit as well. As with TRICARE, reimbursement depends entirely on your plan, and we can’t make promises about what you’ll get back.
