Tired of being home and want to do your therapy session somewhere else?
It's not uncommon for us to meet a patient somewhere besides their home. For example, we have performed therapy sessions with patients in their local gym. This can be helpful when a patient is wanting to transition back to exercising in their gym after an injury. It's also a great way to educate patients on what to avoid (based on their condition) while exercising independently. Make sure to check with your gym ahead of time to make sure your PT is welcome!

For your first visit, it's best to meet at your house to perform your initial evaluation, but then, let's head out for some therapy in the park for your follow up session! 
It's all about you and how you want to receive your care.
