  • Appointments may be limited in scope and scheduled only as needed.

Momentum Club:

  • Designed for ongoing, proactive care to prevent injury and optimize performance.

  • Focuses on long-term strength, mobility, and achieving future goals—not just recovery.

  • Offers a flexible approach—you can spend your sessions lifting, recovering, or getting expert advice on sleep, nutrition, and more.

  • Provides continuous support, with unlimited access to your PT via text or email.

The Momentum Club is a monthly recurring membership that you can cancel anytime—no long-term commitments, just ongoing support for your health and goals.

Membership Tiers:

  • Silver Tier: One 60 minute session per month at $165 per session.

  • Gold Tier: Two 60 minute sessions per month at $155 per session ($310/month).

You choose the tier that best supports your needs and goals. Each session is 100% customizable—whether you’re lifting, recovering, or strategizing for your next milestone.
