What to expect during your bike fit?

Your two-hour bike fit session will involve:

Initial Assessment: We’ll discuss your cycling history, any pain or issues you’re experiencing, and your goals while you warm up on the bike.

Detailed Analysis: We’ll go step-by-step through different factors that impact your fit on the bike. Throughout this process you will be getting on and off the bike a few times.

Part Recommendations: Following your fit, you may be recommended to head to a local bike shop to purchase a new part to put on your bike to improve your fit. These can include, but are not limited to, a new stem, saddle, or handlebars.

Personalized Plan: Based on the fit, we’ll provide you with a tailored plan to address any further issues, help fine-tune your fit, and enable you to have the best riding experience possible.
